Christchurch to Mt Cook: One Way

Enjoy a stunning half-day tour from Christchurch, ascending through the Southern Alps and travelling south to the stunning Aoraki/Mt Cook.

Stop in Lake Tekapo, where you can get some epic pics with the picturesque Church of the Good Shepherd against the lake’s vivid blue backdrop. We then continue through the Southern Alps to Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park, home to New Zealand’s tallest mountain, where your tour concludes.

From there you can explore the breath-taking National Parks with a number of walking tracks are formed and well-marked, the historical Hermitage Hotel or just enjoy the night sky as Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park is New Zealand’s only International Dark Sky Reserve.
